This is my favorite carol as well. I'd like to hear a duet with her and Josh Groban, his is my favorite.

I like Nat King Cole's version. They've been playing a version by Clay Aiken on the radio; but that one just doesn't do it for me.

When it comes to carols, sing it as it was written is my motto.

Oh yeh, KD - I've heard Groban. I think this is almost everyone's favorite carol. I can't remember who wrote it.

I think it was Gene Autry; or did he write Rudolph; whatever, they're both classics.

I just googled it - it says Adolphe Adam wrote it in 1847. It was called "Cantique de Noel"
