"God can't turn a table that was never set against you."
This is so good! I got this from her Esther study. This has been an amazing study of an amazing story about an amazing woman!
Her short phrase says that God will use the things which the enemy meant for harm for good (Romans 8:28) but how can you have anything turned around unless it was turned against you in the first place?
The things that go wrong in our lives, the things which have been evil are the things by which God can show Himself strong, and can make us rise up and be strong. How can we ever be strong if we never have troubles? We don't want to hear that, but it's true.
She asks the question about those of us in the West: are we strong or just spoiled?
Are we actually overcomers, or are things just easy and we're finding it easy to overcome?
Which would you rather be?
Sometimes, she really hits home!
