stranded in CA

I'm stranded in a lovely area of CA but the people! No one kindly offers any help. They are freakish. A sheriff seemed disappointed the car wasn't totalled rather than what you would hope for, that they want to be sure you're actually Ok. There is nothing but mocking and wishing for your un happiness. With a credo of pursuing happiness, they derive a sick happiness in your unhappiness.  Two mechs started out saying they could fix my car ending with that they can't. My car was scraped on the front by a truck. Mainly the radiator is damaged. One light needs replacement, and the windshield  The battery though still working needs replacement. One mech claimed the frame was damaged. That's crap. The impact was not enough at all. The engine:is fine. Even the battery is still ok though dented. The bar across the front that holds the bumper is somewhat bent. But the engine wasn't damaged. How is the frame damaged if the impact didn't even reach the engine? Liar. Another one said the right strut needed replacing. He's merely corroborating the mechanic in Utah s lie. The strut has nothing to do with it. Then he said it is only bc of this "accident". Lie. He saw the rubber stuff sticking out the top of it, what the mech in Utah did to the strut though it was fine. More lies. Pls pray.
