But I liked his film telling the history of the two parties, and he mentioned this lady, shown here, Ida B Wells who he shared an amazing quote by her. I suppose he considered her to be a Republican black lady, but he tells how she was fighting for the cause of freedom. The quote, "without vigilance, you cannot keep your freedom" were the words she was penning on paper where they found her, dead. These were her last words. The word vigilance says to us that we cannot just sit back "on our laurels" and stop fighting. We must continue to fight.
