Kenan Thompson and Bobby Moynihan, doing 70s style dance moves to soul music wearing those satin shirts with the big collars and a tie around neck and bell bottoms, and they do funny dance moves. Along comes their trainer, producer played by Aidy Bryant coaching them. Joke is, it's her show being put on, she's heavy too.
