Where you could see revival could easily be in the old testament when ninevah, the entire city, repented in sackcloth and ashes or when Esther s victory in persia (Iran) meant that many turned to faith in Hashem.
Today iniquity has come down the generations. Hearts are very hard everywhere..minds are bashed by Satan til completely foolish.
Many many will not repent. We will not see a large number repent as in a revival, but it is corroborated by scripture.
Scripture reports "as in the days of Noah," what does that mean?
It means that everywhere fools will mock anyone not heading for perdition. Suddenly the mockers will be swept away by storm. They will be completely unprepared.
