I'm absolutely loving Steve Carell's image that he has carved out for himself - the father, husband, and basically the Jewish inspired make-fun-of-yourself bungler who is ultimately the winner, similar to Seinfeld and Stiller even though he's probably not Jewish.
In this film he plays a columnist who gives advice on family relationships. He's a widower and a father of three who meets a woman and there are complications. Most of the film is of his family reunion, with lots of laughs, and it's got a lot of positive family values. The writer of this one wrote About a Boy - one of my all-time favorites!
You've got to see this one too.
