Initially they cannot surrender to God. Then they find them selves hopelessly driven by evil desire, and then slaves of Satan. They see they have offended God too much. Can't find favor again. Now they turn to look at those who have not made bad choices.  All they can do now is hate them and try to destroy them, or make their lives unhappy, guaranteed by Satan. All they have is to think they are actually special, great when they are pathetic. How many Americans are this?
