A co-worker mentioned this fact, and then said that he was reminded of the fact that there have been a rate of about 4000 abortions per day (!) since 2003 - a far more staggering number. He said he's a lot more worried about the war at home. I would agree with him. He's a young bible school student that the company hired - a relief having him there. I don't agree with everything they say, but it's interesting reading their thoughts on different issues.
I understand that abortion exists, and I understand why, but I don't understand the rate of abortions, or how women are living with themselves after them.

Unhappily it is way more than 4,000 abortions a year. I don't know the exact number, but millions have been killed since Roe v. Wade.
No, Ben. I think it's per day! That's since the war in Iraq started. I made a mistake!
Of course, the number since Roe v. Wade, well, it's mind boggling!
