I forgot to mention the people I know in Montana who I contacted while I was there. I have mentioned the people in Bozeman before, but just didn't mention that I contacted them again on this trip. It happens that they are involved in starting a business in Jackson Hole right now and have rented their house in Bozeman, so they weren't there during the time I was visiting.
They were excited about my trip and would have offered to let me stay in one of the cabins they own in Yellowstone again but those are being rented out too.
When I got to Miles City, I contacted a pastor who I met one Sunday morning prior to a service. He invited me to come to a church service, and I've kept in touch. I came into town on a Tuesday night and just missed a prayer meeting that I could have been a part of. When I called him, he barely remembered me, but I was so impressed by how he called me right back after I left a message, earnestly prepared to help out someone who may be in need. That's the heart of a shepherd.
